Welcome to E-Diner! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing or placing an order.
1. Subscription & Orders
Our meal plans, including Veg Meal Subscription, Non-Veg Meal Subscription, and Diet Plans, are available on a prepaid basis.
Subscription plans are non-transferable and valid only for the registered user.
Meal preferences and delivery schedules must be confirmed at the time of subscription.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments must be made in advance via our accepted payment methods.
No refunds will be issued once the subscription or catering order is confirmed.
In case of unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to deliver, an alternative arrangement or credit may be provided.
3. Delivery & Service
Meals will be delivered as per the selected schedule and location.
Delivery timings may vary based on traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address; failed deliveries due to unavailability will not be rescheduled.
4. Cancellation & Modifications
Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Modifications to meal plans or delivery schedules can be requested but are subject to availability.
5. Food Quality & Allergies
We maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in meal preparation.
Customers with food allergies must notify us in advance, but we do not guarantee allergen-free meals.
6. Catering & Corporate Services
Catering and corporate meal orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
Any last-minute changes are subject to approval and feasibility.
7. Legal Compliance
Customers must use our services for personal or authorized business purposes only.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in service termination.
